<p>Technically a rest day, but I still walked 3 miles and stretched/foam rolled/stretch for 30 minutes.  23 points total for Team LA</p>

<p>BTW - D'Wife is bringing a friend on a training ride today: Our house > 7-Eleven and back, with some miscellaneous meanderings for a good 20-miler</p>
