0.25 mile WU, 3 miles post marathon easy recovery run, 0.25 CD, so me thinks that's 14 points for team F (Fast & Furious, Fuzzy Bunnies, Farmer Fuchs or whatever we're called)<br><br>

Okay....I have a routine of walking the 4/10ths of a mile from my house to the trailhead as a warmup, then doing my run and walking the same .4 back to cool down. My running log would not include the .8, but I see that walking is allowed for this little game, so I'm including the walking pts. Let me know if that's not the way it works.<br><br>
.8 miles walking = 3 pts<br>
9.0 miles running = 36 pts.<br><br>

OMG- SO SORRY TEAM B! It woulda been about a 55 point day for me...but I've had LACK of sleep. Everyone (including coach) says my body is taxed and overtrained. It was supposed to be my hell tuesday workout. so, i'm only a tiny bit sad, but nonetheless happy I get a day off.<br><br>
Don't worry-tomorrow I have a big swim! Like 3 miles...coach said ONLY if my body cooperates. So. We'll see-no promises.<br><br>
