Here's mine for the day (so I don't forget!)<br><br>
1 hour weight training- 12 pts.<br><br>
Total- 12 pts.

Today happened to be a scheduled brick workout that I had to take indoors because it was very foggy out this morning. When I do it indoors I usually take a full hour long spinning class, then run, but the class was booked when I got there. Otherwise I would have logged more on the bike. Stationary bikes are so dang boring!<br><br>
Here we are:<br><br>
10 pts for 30 minutes of stationary biking<br>
8 pts. for 2 miles of treadmill running<br>
5 pts. for alternate workouts (10 minutes of core training - 2 pts. - and 3 minutes of strength training/arms)<br><br>
Total for today: 23<br><br>
It's gonna be an awesome weekend of a long run tomorrow and then long bike ride, followed by 20 minutes running (to train my legs for my race) on SUnday. I'll throw a swim workout in there this weekend somewhere.
