<p>24 pts - 6 miles in 58 degrees.  FIFTY EIGHT DEGREES!!! It was delightful.</p>
<p>3 pts - 15 minutes stretch</p>
<p>5 pt bonus for stretch</p>
<p>4 pt 1 mile walk to work</p>

<p>ETA I'm donating blood this morning! 5 more bonus points!</p>

<p>I got my skates out this morning, never used them last year at all. By the time I dug out the right socks and my wrist guards, got them on and got steady enough on them to go I only got 2 miles in for 4 points.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>I think I will go for a walk after lunch to add a few :)</p>

5.5 miles running in 53F, nice and cozy. 22 pts. 15 min stretch + bonus for 8 pts. 30 points for the AM for Team LA. Back later with the PM points.

<p>I did 1 hour cardio/p90x plyo and a 3 mile wog with puppers  ... and 10 min of ab ripperx (couldn't do the whole thing right after plyo, my quads were burning!)  and then 20 min of the yoga video that I hate so much, all to get that extra few points  ...</p>

<p>grand total, including 5 point bonus = 43 points for Team Be Aggressive!!!<br>

<p>Running 3 miles and biking 20 miles tonight.   I will also stretch (actually, I've done that a few times already) for 3 points plus the 5 bonus.  So, I'll be adding a total of 50 points by the end of the evening.</p>

<p>7 for stretching - seems strange getting a bonus that is bigger than the points scored</p>
