<p>229 this am before milwaukee marathon - In 20+ marathons this is the 2nd most pain I had to endure - Slid in @ 2:59:28 on a near perfect weather day!</p>

<p>It was the after pain of where the draw string of my shorts had bit into my love handles</p>

<p>The only thing I have going for me is the fat man was not beaten by any women - I do not like to get chicked ....</p>
