<p>All semester long the refrain echoed in their minds. "You MUST be there for 'All That Jazz', man it will be amazing! You have to come!"</p>

<p>They laughed when they discovered that their exams were over in time for them to show up all bright and shiny in their suits. They would have a blast, after all that school was their oyster, it was their home. They had owned the place, hadn't they?</p>

<p>Memories of last year's Jazz concert resounded, man it was the best night they'd ever had, how could it not be something special this year?</p>

<p>Their young friend texted a facebook update yesterday evening "This is the most amazing night of my life." I have no doubt it was a fun evening - for her. Grade 11 and the school is her oyster.</p>

<p>The boys got home at 11:30. "How was it?" we asked. Pained looks. "Alright I guess... I mean, the music was good, the party was fine, but... it isn't our place anymore."</p>
