<p>Back was hurting this morning. Got worse as the morning progressed. I brought my running gear to work because I wasn't able to ride in yesterday, today or tomorrow because of work scheduling. </p>

<p>I hobbled out and ran for 35 minutes. First 5 to 10 sucked. Back started to loosen up after that. I'm feeling pretty good now.</p>
