<p>Back was hurting this morning.  Got worse as the morning progressed.  I brought my running gear to work because I wasn't able to ride in yesterday, today or tomorrow because of work scheduling. </p>
<p> </p>
<p>I hobbled out and ran for 35 minutes.  First 5 to 10 sucked.  Back started to loosen up after that.  I'm feeling pretty good now.</p>

<p>I was slogging away on the TM, watching the TdF competitors suffer thru the torture of an HC climb.</p>
<p>I was at mile 2.5 and wanted oh-so-badly to quit...slow, tired, sore, suffering karen wants to give up again.</p>
<p>Instead, I ingested a gu [yeah, so what's it to ya], CTFU, and finished up a 6 mile plodfest.</p>

<p>If they can suffer, I can suffer [in my own little way]</p>

<p>As a result, I want to lay down for the rest of the day.</p>

<p>But I plan on hitting the gym for a short run. A soon as my achilles tendons straighten out. So, around 11 pm.</p>
