<p>How does the "contacts" list in your phone just disappear.  I am going to have to recreate everyone who is in my contacts list on my Verizon blackberry.  Not an easy task as some people I don't communicate with all that much.  And I"m not sure who to be mad at it.  I don't find any options for me to delete the entire contacts list,  Any ideas?</p>

<p>I've sent Verizon an email and explained that I never lost my "contscts" while using Sprint or AT&T.  They have not responded yet.</p>

<p>Is there a memory card?  Is the info stored to the memory card?  Could it have become corrupted?</p>

<p>Do verizon phones have sims that you save your data to?</p>

<p>Have you tried plugging your phone into your computer and accessing your info that way?</p>
