Guys - our developer needs a download from coolrunning as well as from runningahead for the integration portion of the the log.<br><br>
Please send it to: <a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a> as soon as you can. Please make sure you give me your user name (beta testers only) so he can upload it to your log (for your checkoff)..<br><br>
Once completed, everyone will be able to upload their logs to their own log.<br><br><br>

I've downloaded my RunningAhead log (log.txt). Opened it with Excel and converted it from a tab-delineated file to a CSV file. I uploaded it to KickRunners, get a "Complete" message, but then there is nothing in my log here. Am I messing up a step?

Check what xeratek wrote <a href="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum//showpost.php?p=539948&postcount=48" target="_blank">here</a> He says it needs to be tab-delimited, I think. I haven't tried importing from Runningahead's log, but my CR one worked well for the items running related.

I had tried to upload it as a tab-delineated file in the first place and failed which is why I went back and tried the CSV strategy.<br><br>
Just tried to upload the tab file again and still had no luck.

my developer doesn't work just on this project - he has dedicated a great deal of time (beyond billable hours) taking the feedback of the users here and implementing/fixing bugs that come up. He also travels extensively (as does my brother - who is in charge of that portion of the site). I assure you he will look into each issue as pointed out by our members.<br><br>
And though our log is now open for everyone, it is still in beta test. We are working as hard as we can and try to respond as quickly as we can to issues as they come up, but there are only a few of us working on this site - and at this point - it's still a labor of love.<br><br><br>
As soon as xeratek sees the comments regarding the upload problems with runningahead data, he will address it. When we first started this project, the scope called for uploading from coolrunning and not runningahead. He agreed to add that functionality as well.<br><br>
Please be patient and understanding as we try to make this site and the running log what everyone expects and wants.<br><br><br>
