<p>The 'act' to which they confessed was that they lied to me. The thing is - they didn't HAVE to lie about what they lied about! They could have told me the truth and the friendship would have been intact (or at least at a point where it wouldn't have completely cracked it).. but the person felt bad about lying and because they felt bad, they decided to confess they lied. The part that hurt was simply the lie which tells me the 'friendship' in that persons eyes wasn't of the same value as it was in mine.</p>

<p>And, truth be told - I've been sick to my stomach all day over it. I left work early because I simply couldn't concentrate - and locked the refrigerator to keep me from downing beer all night.</p>

<p>Ronan and I took a nice one hour walk; I called my mom to simply talk to her about good things (not about this event)... and that helped - but the sick stomach and headache is still here.</p>

<p>Tomorrows another day - I'll feel better then.</p>
