I have sales people breathing down my neck, they want to sign the contract tomorrow.<br><br>
We agree on a lot of important stuff (price, content, schedule of delivery).<br><br>
But we disagree on a lot of important stuff also (schedule of payments, provincial scope, penalties).<br><br>
And their contract is so badly written, even if we agreed on everything there's no way we're signing tomorrow, or even next week.
