College Football - 11/12/11

<p>Well Purdue has pulled out a minor upset in overtime yesterday.  I missed most of the game due to having to coach but it was nice to see the Boilers bounce back after the blow out loss to Wiscy!</p>

<p>Well, since Virginia Tech has effectively knocked Georgia Tech out of contention for the ACC Championship game this year, UGA becomes our effective bowl game.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>We will go to some flimsy bowl in Shreveport or El Paso, but we'll take a win over UGA in lieu of any bowl(s) at this point.</p>

<p>LSU is my second favorite team and I would love to see them in the BCS Championship game again.  However, they will still have to play a tough Arkansas team  coming up as well as the SEC Championship.  They should be able to run the table but on any given Saturday, strange things happen in college football. </p>
