Hey guys! Well, we figured it was time to go to the next step for the Running Clubs Forum. You each have your own 'sub-forum'. Here's a couple things to remember:<br><br>
1. If you have a post that is 'club neutral' but still club related, post in the Running Club main area<br>
2. Remember to continue posting appropriate topics that belong in the broader forum areas where they will get the most exposure to the most members<br>
3. Duckgeek will moderate the entire running clubs area. If additional moderation is needed as your respective clubs grow, we'll consider it then.<br>
4. If you don't belong to a club and begin 'creating' one - once your membership grows, we'll be happy to create your club area for you.<br><br>
Finally: I'd like each club to write-up a brief description for your forum. Decide how you'd like to do it, "contest, vote, assignment, etc..." once written please pm it to me so I can update your forum description - If you'd like to change the title of your respective fora, then let me know what you'd like - but only ONE PM please !! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Smile"><br><br><br>

I think we just need a 40+ and that will do... "Masters" is fine with me. If you're looking for higher post counts, though, propose to call it "Boomers."<br><br>
Thanks so much for building the space. I suspect many folks over at CR will want to wait until the other shoe drops before there's a mass exodus.

As far as Masters vs. Boomers, you can blame me and not SRLopez. I don't want to use a forum name that is already used at another site. But on the positive side - Masters has such a broader appeal !!!!<br><br>

hally likes to poke me on the boomers thing because I like to bring it up, but it isn't just me.<br><br>
If you want a forum for runners 40 and above, masters makes sense.<br><br>
If you want a forum for people born about 1962 (give or take) or earlier, call it boomers.
