I ran earlythis morning and was thinking that I felt like a piece of crap.

Then I was a bit perplexed by that statement...I'm thinking deeply today.

Does "feel like crap" mean...soft and squishy and stinky?? Or for a runner...maybe really runny??

Or does it actually take into account a piece of crap's innermost feelings and emotional health???? Does a piece of crap have low self-esteem as it's seldom mentioned in positive terms?

Now I'm feeling flushed.
