G'morning folks, and Merry Christmas!

Radioyada is still snoozing, so as soon as the dogs finish their breakfast, I'm hopping on the mill for a quick two or three, just to counteract some of the calories I'm going to be consuming today!

Either that, or I've actually crossed over into "I am a runner!" mode.

Merry Christmas!!

Not sure if I'll squeeze in a run today or not. Sis #2 and I got out for a nice 6 miler last night before dinner and mass and family game fun. I like running w/her b/c she makes me run faster

Went out for 5.1 miles and did it very easy style. Pretty early on I was getting signals that if I tried to push it any, the push would hurt more than would help. It felt like the right call, after around 25 minutes my legs were feeling kind of crappy and tired, at the end, they felt better. So that's what the legs wanted, they wanted to get out for some mileage but recovery kind of miles.

Indeed! I'm taking Jaeger out for 6-8 miles. I'm hoping he'll take it easy on me... after a fairly fast last 10 miles on Sunday, and a fairly fast hilly 9.6 yesterday, I need a break. Pfitz has me down for Striders, but he also had me at a rest day yesterday... so I think I'll just head out for a run today, and whatever I get, I get

Yeah, her sis will also be at St. Louis.

So, got in my 6 and I averaged a 10:18 pace which is pretty smoking for me and it didn't feel difficult. It's a Christmas miracle!!!!

Merry Christmas, everyone!

Made my way down to the shore for Christmas fun. We're in between rounds here -- my sis and her gang will be here in an hour or so. I took the break to get out for a fantastic 6 miler along the shore. Beautiful day. Can't beat running in shorts on Christmas day.

Howdy - great Christmas runs folks!

No run for me today with my cold and the knees - kinda' bummed about it too, because it was a gorgeous day to get out there and pound the pavement. Looking forward to the New Year and starting anew, so to speak
