Hope everyone has a great day. I'm waiting for everyone to wake up. 3 of us are sick with colds (my brother, Avery and I). I can't believe my mom hasn't gotten up yet. Might have been the benedryl or the bailey's.<br><br>
When we were little I was always the first one to get up and then my mom would come down soon after. She'd get a cup of coffee and something for me and we'd sit with the lights on and just stare at the tree until I was allowed to wake everyone up, it was torture but also kinda special.<br><br><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="" src="http://bestsmileys.com/christmas3/2.gif" style="border:0px solid;"></div>

Interesting happenings this morning... got on the TM for a few before hubby woke up.. and the dang thing kept 'catching', like the belt was getting stuck!<br><br>
I was not a happy camper!! (it was a pink treadmill nightmare!)<br><img alt="" src="http://buttonmashing.com/wp-content/uploads/bunny-suit.jpg" style="border:0px solid;"><br><br><br>
However, hubby soon woke up, and after lubricating the treadmill, all was well, and I got my 3 miles in!<br><br><img alt="" src="http://msnbcmedia.msn.com/j/msnbc/Components/Photos/031223/031223_christmasstory_hmed_11a.hmedium.jpg" style="border:0px solid;"><br><br>

I've been working way too much- five nights in a row (three 12's and two 16's) plus a couple of Christmas parties for family on Sunday and yesterday. I almost forgot what sleep was.<br><br>

<span style="font-size:medium;"><span style="color:#008000;"><b>Merry <span style="color:#FF0000;">Christmas</span> everyone!<br><br></b><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:small;">Family get-together was yesterday. Lots of fun as usual, and seeing the kids tear into their presents is always cool (loved my oldest nieces' reaction when they finally figured out they had an iPod in their possession courtesy of yours truly.) Was also introduced to the card game Pit for the first time - that proved to be a very good time.<br><br>
Still very tired - this cold has got me waylaid pretty good, and my knees are still healing up, as I found out in church today (thanks for the hugs yesterday, <b>Winter</b> <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"> ) Healing vibes to all those who are ailing lately.<br><br><b>Bard/Kris</b> - thanks for taking the plunge on those cookies; they sound like a winner to me, and I've got that on my list of baking excursions in the near future.<br><br><b>Bob</b> - I love the card! And <b>LL</b> - I don't think you and your family can take a bad picture; thanks for sharing.<br><br><b>Ailarie</b> - well, if you go running in that thing, no wonder your TM belt will stick constantly <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br><br><br><br></span></span></span></span>

I've been online shopping for tunes and videos today. I got an iPod classic (80 gig) in my stocking! Love that Santa! She rocks! (Well, I picked it out...buy hey, we both got what we wanted. She got an iPod shuffle in her stocking. Maybe now she'll quit asking to borrow mine.)<br><br>
Great day with the kids. My 4yo loves the guitar that he asked for. He's been carrying it around the house all day and strumming it.<br><br>
Hope everyone here had a great day of food fellowship and fun!<br><br>
I'll be back running again tomorrow. I took today as a rest day.
