Egg beaters in place of the eggs, replace some of the white flour with whole wheat pastry flour, use mini chips instead of the big ones so you can use less, use Splenda baking mix instead of sugar for some of the sugar (NOT the powdery stuff, there is a half sugar half Splenda mix just for baking). I also have one for oatmeal chocolate chip cookies from Cooking Light, if I find it I will post. I made them last week with a few of my own revisions and they were yummy.
