<p>Just made a big pot. </p>

<p>Since we got like 8 inches of snow yesterday, felt like the right thing to do.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Only problem... I have to make it too mild.  The kids won't eat it if I make it the way I like it.</p>

<p>    You can always  doctor it at the table. My DH has his hot sauce collection to use when he feels the chili  ( or any meal ) is  to mild.</p>

<p>  Do you serve your chili with cheese, torilla chips and or  sour cream?  or au naturel? </p>
<p> </p>
<p> Is this all meat chili? With beans ( what kind ) and or vegetables?</p>

<p> I LOVE  chili!</p>

<p>Yep!  Doctor it at the table.  I have one that loves it super hot.  And, of course, one who wants it milder than mild.  I make it somewhere around mild.  One adds hot sauce.  The other adds cheddar cheese.  Everyone else eats it as is.</p>
