please answer the following:

1. what is your favourite type of cheese?
2. what is your least favourite type of cheese?
3. when making a grilled cheese sandwich, which type of cheese do you prefer to use?
4. what sorts of things do you prefer to eat with cheese?
5. do you prefer to eat cheese when it's in a recipe, or do you prefer "biting" cheese (a term my family uses to describe cheese eaten on its own, for its own sake, with or without fruit, etc. on the side)?

I recently discovered goat cheese and I love it. I should probably try feta now.

For my grilled cheese sammiches, I like cheddar. And I put pickes on it. For melty ham and cheese sammiches, I like provolone or swiss. Also pickles.

I love good parmesan cheese. Like, I like to take my potato peeler and peel of thin slices of it to just eat. Mmmmm....

1. So hard to lock down a favorite but smoked gouda and anything stinky and blue is good.

2. Hard to say, maybe American or Velveeta, but even those have their place.

3. Provalone, swiss and feta (with cukes and sprouts)

4. I make these melty bread things - like a cousin to the calzone that has cheddar, munster and parmesian with heavy cream. They're orgasmic - warm fresh bread right out of hte oven AND gooey melty cheese at the same time!

5. Both - although biting cheese is probably slightly more preferable.

i always forget about gouda. and, the only smoked cheese i've been eating lately is scamorza, so i should get some smoked gouda the next time i'm at the market.

If you were talking about my comment it was meant in jest. I like food and consider it a non-running topic so it's all good with me.
