I recently discovered goat cheese and I love it. I should probably try feta now.<br><br>
For my grilled cheese sammiches, I like cheddar. And I put pickes on it. For melty ham and cheese sammiches, I like provolone or swiss. Also pickles.<br><br>
I love good parmesan cheese. Like, I like to take my potato peeler and peel of thin slices of it to just eat. Mmmmm....

Oh, I like my cheese with about anything. I'm not picky. But I eat cheese and an apple for a snack a lot.

1. So hard to lock down a favorite but smoked gouda and anything stinky and blue is good.<br><br>
2. Hard to say, maybe American or Velveeta, but even those have their place.<br><br>
3. Provalone, swiss and feta (with cukes and sprouts)<br><br>
4. I make these melty bread things - like a cousin to the calzone that has cheddar, munster and parmesian with heavy cream. They're orgasmic - warm fresh bread right out of hte oven AND gooey melty cheese at the same time!<br><br>
5. Both - although biting cheese is probably slightly more preferable.
