<p>Held even. Not too bad given the week. On Monday I got in my delayed long run. Ran the first 6 miles way too fast, got to half marathon with some tired muscles. Really achy all week with another damn snow storm. Got in another half marathon sunday night, this one slower and smarter. So 33 miles for the week, but 26 of that was just 2 runs. Hopefully winter is gone and I can get in some better miles this week (nope, more snow on wednesday).</p>

<p>OK, I broke the ice, everybody else can now chip in.</p>

<p>sheesh...it's already Thursday!   Just checking in myself...but I did weigh on Monday.</p>

<p>So, basically, I had to run nearly 7 miles per ounce.  I need to take up bulima or something else more efficient than running.  <span><img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"></span></p>

<p>This should be another 100-ish mile week (tomorrow is a 50 miler w/ about 20,000' of gain)... so I'm guessing I'll lose 3 grams or something. </p>
