New thread for a new week. Everyone posted up amazing points for our first week, lets keep that rolling! We're definitely a team to be reckoned with in this round.

On the plate for me today is a 6.5ish mile run. I'm going to run home from work for the first time. I'm kinda excited to see this route that I drive so often in a new light.

Great job on the races and bonus points this weekend!

Speaking of healing...I nearly face planted on my run today. Tore up my knee a little bit and scuffed my hands, but at least I didn't fall in front of traffic. Luckily I was just about a mile from home, and I got myself up and running again. 6.5 miles, my longest run to date and I'm thinking that my goal time I've set for myself in my upcoming 10k will be doable. Yay. After that bit of celebration I went inside and performed gravel extraction surgery on my knee. Ouch. Some core and weights for a few extra points tonight as well.

We've got a good lead on second right now, though Team G just keeps stacking up the points in first...
Cut my cardio a little short today since the knee is giving me a little trouble from the fall yesterday, did my weights/core routine too. My leg is lots of interesting colors today though.
Glad to see everyone posting so many points. Great job. I've felt sluggish all day, did a 3 mile run and some stretching and I still felt like taking a nap afterwards...oh well.
You seem lost and confused ksrunner, you should go home and sit on the couch until sanity returns...a couple weeks should do it.

Same story here, oddly enough. We had a going away party for one of our bosses, drinks were had, and when I got home a bunch of people were there, so I never got out to the gym. I did walk a mile on my lunch though even though it was freaking cold and snowy for the first day of spring. No swimming points for me this weekend either, lake is barely above freezing and I'm not too keen on hypothermia...
Way to go lgreenberg!

I'm working myself up to a run and wishing it actually felt like spring outside...
I just put in my points for yesterday, hour and a half hike, plus an hour of yoga/weights and we are now in first place, by 1 point! Awesome job on the long runs yesterday everyone!
