New thread for a new week. Everyone posted up amazing points for our first week, lets keep that rolling! We're definitely a team to be reckoned with in this round.<br><br>
On the plate for me today is a 6.5ish mile run. I'm going to run home from work for the first time. I'm kinda excited to see this route that I drive so often in a new light.<br><br>
Great job on the races and bonus points this weekend!

I did about 5 minutes of stretching yesterday. My quads were and still are sore, but not as bad as they were yesterday. Since little bro came by unexpectedly, I wasn't able to get my core workout in as planned. Today, I have run 5 miles. Tonight I have a one hour weight lifting workout to do. Then I'll post my points. Have great runs and xtrns today everyone!<br><br>

I got 20 mins of ab work done tonight. I think I'm going to bed early too. I have an early am run!
I got in 4 miles this morning. I don't feel well so, I'm turning in early tonight. I hope I feel better tomorrow.
I've been sick since Wed. Squeezed out a run Thurs. morning and haven't done anything since. The fever is completely gone now, but the cough and nasal congestion won't go away. I had 5 scheduled for my LSD today and just skipped it. I won't be posting any points until Monday. So sorry folks. This thing is kicking my bootie.
Tamster - I just posted my Thursday points. I thought I had already done it. Thanks for the reminder to double check. I'm feeling a little better. I have a bit of a chest cold. Nasal congestion is almost completely gone. I'm gonna see if I can run a bit in the morning.
No running this morning. This really sucks. I woke up with a coughing fit so DH suggested I wait a couple more days. I'll try again on Wed. I will do my weight work out today though to put up <i>some</i> points.
