I did about 5 minutes of stretching yesterday. My quads were and still are sore, but not as bad as they were yesterday. Since little bro came by unexpectedly, I wasn't able to get my core workout in as planned. Today, I have run 5 miles. Tonight I have a one hour weight lifting workout to do. Then I'll post my points.
