New thread for a new week. Everyone posted up amazing points for our first week, lets keep that rolling! We're definitely a team to be reckoned with in this round.<br><br>
On the plate for me today is a 6.5ish mile run. I'm going to run home from work for the first time. I'm kinda excited to see this route that I drive so often in a new light.<br><br>
Great job on the races and bonus points this weekend!

I have 5 miles planned for today plus stretcing and such.
Andi-- I hope all goes well with the foot. I myself think I might have shin splints or something. Let's do what we can to stay healthy. Rest, Ice cross train and such. Have a great day. It also could be that I just need to rest etc.. Might go swimming today instead of running.

I decided that I am going to not run until wednesday and swim today and tomorrow. It is a low mileage week anyway and I can get my miles in on wed-sat. So here is what I did today.<br><br>
1300 yds swimming.<br><br>
20 minutes of stretching out the sore left calf.<br><br>

I am hoping to get more swimming done today. We shall se how the calf feels later today. Then hopefully I can return to running tomorrow. That is the plan. I guess I just need to loosen up the calf muscle and go from there. Have a great day everyone and keep up the great running and such.
1500 yds of swimming today and 30 minutes of alternate workout. My left calf is still sore, so I think I will try to hit the eliptical machine at the rec center tomorrow and see how it goes. Looks like I might take the week off from running. It was a low mileage week anyway and I want my calf to heal. I am still getting in some good workouts anyway. keep up the great work everyone.
I got in 4 miles of eliptical in 33:30. I also got in 30 minutes of alt. By the time I am done tonight I should be completly stretched out. Have a great evening everyone.
Not sure if I will do anything today. I might become a couch potato and watch basketball. If I do get something done it might be swimming.
1500 yds in the pool. I am going to get some more alt. workout in today and will post the total later.
1500 yds swimming, 20 minutes alt and 1 mile walk. I will add the bonus tomorrow as I will be swimming tomorrow. Keep up the great work everyone.
Nice job everyone. I did 1500 yds swimming and 1.25 miles of running to test out the sore calf. I think I will be ready to start back running on Monday after a week off. Also I got in 20 minutes of alt. So I had a good day today. Keep up the great work and enjoy Easter tomorrow.
Nothing for me yesterday. Today I have already did 20 minutes of stretching in hopes that my run will be awesome. After a week off I am ready to get back out and run. Then probably some more stretching later today. I saw that at some point yesterday we were in first place. Way to go team.
