For some reason I like eggbeaters, and not eggs.<br><br>
I have microwaved them, but they seem runny, still. Like there is always yellow liquid floating around at the bottom of my bowl, and that make me want to hurl.<br><br>
What I've done is pour a carton of it into a 8x8 baking dish (add salsa, or whatever you like), bake it for 40 minutes or so (until done), cut into four squares, and refrigerate. Then I reheat them in the microwave the next morning and make healthy egg mcmuffins.
