I'm going to be really busy tomorrow morning and might not hop on here until late at night. I really want to thank Roots for putting this VRAA round together, and putting a HUGE amount of effort and time into it. It's been wonderful.<br><br>
Roots, there were many days during the VRAA when I usually would have slacked off, that I didn't. And it was an absolute g-d-send for me while I started my recovery from ITBS.<br><br>

Thanks for organizing and doing so much work on the VRAA, Roots <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br><br>
And I know there was many a day when not letting down the Killah B's helped to motivate me.

Thank you Roots and everyone - The VRAA has jump started my 2007 training - I was Floundering <img alt="icon_cheese.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/icon_cheese.gif"><br><br>
I have made amazing progress in just 24 days - I also now feel like training and racing where before I was just going through the motions.<br><br>
I would have to guess in 24 days I have picked up at least 15 seconds per mile on my LAT pace <img alt="icon_cheers.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/icon_cheers.gif"> and had a lot of fun. Now I just have another 15 seconds to pick up by June 1st.

I am so happy I participated. It was a good jump start to getting back into the workout habit after a hiatus.<br><br>
I hope we can do this again!!<br><br>
It helped get another 5 or 10 minutes of workout out of me when I would think of the VRAA points it would add to our team total!

It was not that much work. Really. After creating a spreadsheet, the scoring was simple.<br><br>
I hope everyone enjoyed the game as much as I did. I hope we can attract another good crowd for the next round.<br><br>

There were days I might have slacked off, but knew I had to be accountable here to post a decent workout. The motivation here was awesome.
