If you're interested in the next round of the VRAA?

The rules are not finalized, but here's my idea of what you're committing to:

- Next round is Friday March 16 through Sunday April 8 (24 days.)

- There will be a thread for each day. You are required to enter one post per day with your entire workout summary that day. If you're busy or travelling, you can come every few days a post multiple days, if need be. Its flexible.

- Look at the Idea thread for the initial scoring table. It may be tweaked a bit, but the final rules will be posted before the start date.

After I get a show of hands, I will finalize how to pick teams.

I have two ideas: By random drawing, or by a grouped drawing. For the latter idea, I'd take a small questionnaire and divide the participants into several groups. The purpose is to avoid having a team of all marathoners and Ironman triathletes on one team. I'd like to see a fair mix.

I had also thought about captains' picks, but I would opt to avoid the drama. Unless that's a tradition with the VRAA.

Keep in mind that my intent is to have fun, include as many as possible, and to keep it simple.

Unless there are any objections, I've been asked to moderate here. How does all of this sound?

This should be fun.
