I've been working on the 400 yards I need for my May 11th Sprint. It's has been killing me that I couldn't break the 12 minute wall. With everything going on with losing the foster kids, work and other issueds that go on in life, I skipped a couple of nights swim. I just wasn't into it. Last night, I still wasn't into it, but I figured even a crappy swim is better then no swim at all. I did my usual. stretch and a few lengths of warm up. I then started the watch and lap counter. I went out and did my 400yards. Check the time and......<br><br>
