What do I do with it? Usually I blanch it and sautee it with soem garlic. Tasty, but it gets old.<br><br>
Give some ideas

I put it in dishes. Most pasta dishes that have a sauce.

I chop it really small and throw it into boiling water with pasta about 3-4 minutes before the pasta is done cooking.<br>
I love it in stir fries.<br>
I steam it and eat it with Bragg's liquid amino acids.<br><br>
lots of other preparations...

Or I sautee it with other veggies and use it in an omellete, stir fry, or pasta sauce<br>
You can also use it in soups

raw dipped in a yummy veggie dip <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Very Happy"><br><br>
sauteed in any number of yummy sauces, a spicy peanut sauce is always good. Soy Vey makes an incredible Island Teriyaki that tastes great on broccoli as well.

I just love broccoli!<br><br>
I like it steamed, with a bit of salt.<br>
In stirfries<br>
In casseroles<br>
Raw, dipped in hummus<br>
I like steamed it with cheese melted over it, but I've been doing less of that lately.<br>
And broccoli soup!
