I chop it really small and throw it into boiling water with pasta about 3-4 minutes before the pasta is done cooking.<br>
I love it in stir fries.<br>
I steam it and eat it with Bragg's liquid amino acids.<br><br>

You can also use it in soups

sauteed in any number of yummy sauces, a spicy peanut sauce is always good. Soy Vey makes an incredible Island Teriyaki that tastes great on broccoli as well.

I like steamed it with cheese melted over it, but I've been doing less of that lately.<br>
