...you can't win if you don't play... I am content with no goal to BQ but... Ralph does have that goal. Here's to 2009!

I would like to say good luck to all the Boston Bound. You earned it. I hope you run and have fun and savor the moment.

Although I haven't been able to keep up with KR as I would like, I do want to say that, this week, three runners' runs have made me grin and be proud to be a girl runner!

FLYING FINN.
Fantastic long runs and training runs and attitude and everything. My golly, I can't wait to get to Ohio in May and run along her towpath. (Hopefully she will still be in recovery mode and won't mind my plodding pace...)

GIN79.
I love reading about your training, too. And the dog story with a happy ending. It is so cool that you and runbill will be side-by-side in the corral... they do make you line up numerically, right? (ha ha)

PINK.
I don't even know if she is running Boston but reading about her training makes me want to run a little better, not BQ better, but just better. And I shall wear my pink shoes in Knoxville and think of Pink.

Stay healthy everyone heading to Boston.
Run well.
