Ok I went to the gym and the girl on the bike beside me didn't know and the lady at the counter was busy so I didn't ask when I left.<br><br>
Do you think they are in Miles or Kilometers.<br><br>
I did a fairly easy ride for 15:00 minutes<br><br>
I went 3.7. 3.7 WHAT? Remember I'm overweight and out of shape don't laugh!!! <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">

Kilometres. If it was miles, it would be more like a "moderate" ride. Good going on the ride, keep up the good work!<br><br>

What level were you pedaling at?<br><br>
It could be miles... depends on your fitness level and what you consider "out of shape".<br><br>
You probably won't ever find out (even the person who made the purchase probably won't know) but use it as a relative number for future workouts I guess!

I believe it is the number of beers you are allowed to drink after you are done. Just not sure if it is calibrated to beers per day or beers per week.<img alt="surprised.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/surprised.gif">ccasion5:
