<p>Ok, I am about to begin my training for the Rev3 Full in 2012 at Cedar Point.  I want to get faster on the bike and I know that the easiest way to do that is to lose weight.  Also, I'm feeling heavy and lethargic.  For me, I will probably post some measurements, too, but I am starting a slow built through October, and will really pick it up as I head to November.  I may fall off the wagon a little as I have to help my folks move, but for the short term, I will be eating better/less and starting to get back to the pool 2x per week, run at least 2x per week, and bike at least 2x per week.  I do have the Jewish Holidays' this week, but let's see how it goes!</p>

I'm holding steady.... well, sort of steady... Up a little, down a little, but ending where I started last week.<br><br>
I need to start weening myself off coffee... And stocking up on caffeine pills!

<p>I want to be at 215 by April. I want to be at 208 by last race of season 9/28/12. Sooner I can get there, better my chances of hardware. Weight is my #1 limiter, so I really need to focus on it as it will impact bike speed and run speed moreso than anything else I can really do. I already put in the work... but the weight/power ratio is an unyeilding bitch.</p>

<p>I'm at 171.5 this AM! YAY.. thinner than I've been in prob 15 years and in better shape going INTO my training for REV 3 than before I started for IMLP!</p>
<p>I will get on the scale this weekend. A new thread sounds good. </p>

<p>Of course being the end of the year, I am thinking about goals for next year. And, I am biting off more then I can chew. But, what else is new.</p>
