<p>I decided that Biggest loser wasn't a good name anymore as we all want to lose and it's only a competition with ourselves.  SO, here goes a new thread for a new year and new goals!</p>

<p>ME:</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Starting weight for the thread was 189, but then I went up to 192 when I changed my eating habits, so that is my SW.  I am currently 172, so I dropped 20 lbs.  I'd like to drop 10 more lbs before the Rev3 Full on 9/9/11.  </p>
<p> </p>
<p>SO, </p>
<p> </p>
<p>SW: 192</p>
<p>CW: 172</p>
<p>GW: 162.  I am not setting a time line, and really shooting for 165ish and I'll be happy.  </p>
<p> </p>
<p>So, who else want's to be a LOSER like ME! </p>

<p>this year, I'm losing weight ten pounds at a time.  one goal at a time, one step at a time.</p>

<p>so, 213 by 2/26.  That's 8 weeks.   Then I'll re-evaluate.</p>

<p>I'm in too.  I am disgusted with myself and need some accountability.  I'll weigh myself tomorrow.  I'm not really setting a time goal right now.  If I slack off I may set one for motivation.</p>

<p>Doing Soup is Food Day #3. 1 meal/day is soup. Instead of real food. Or my perception of real food...</p>

<p>Anyway, this Tattoo has me out o the pool and the ankle has me off running. So it's a shitload of stretching, some PT, and cycling. the reduced load is making me face my demons. BOO</p>
