I don't know a lot about bicycle-related injuries, but I am guessing it is good that you aren't feeling numbness/tingling, which would suggest carpal tunnel issues to me.<br><br>
Some of the skimming I did at a bicycle forum seems to suggest that the fit of the bike can have something to do with it? Or that something called "rotating the hoods inward a slight amount" can help? I have no idea what that phrase means, though! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="" style="border:0px solid;" title="Very Happy"><br><br>
I hope some more riders can add their experience here!
