I love the cinnamuffins because I always have the ingredients on hand (vegan), the pizza dough, carrot and potato kugel, everyone's muffins and many more.
Yes! That Jaffrey book is amazing! However I had one of her older books which was more about Indian vegetarian cooking, can't recall the name at the moment. I used the soymilk recipe in it many times.<br><br>
Funny thing is, I hardly drink soymilk anymore. But I loved making my own back in the day. It tastes much better than the stuff you buy in the store.
