I have really been working on being consistent in my behaviors and actions lately, and not leaning into my moodiness. And now that I'm focusing on it, I'm realizing how difficult it can be to work with people who are moody. It's really freaking annoying!

I think that immaturity is worse personally.

And while moodiness is pretty bad, it could be indicative of troubles outside of work, or lack of self-confidence.

If someone is consistantly moody on an ongoing basis, coupled with other traits of immaturity- such as pettiness, playing politics, bullying, etc... you have to sit down with them they have to get along with their co-workers better.
