I ran 5 miles this morning. 47* not much traffic, and I'm psyched cause my weekly mileage goes up again this week and again next week. I think I do my first 6 miler next Sat. Woo hoo!!! I followed up my run with a full body weight workout. I have given my DH advanced notice that I'll be hitting 200miles on my shoes so we'll need to invest in another pair so that I can break in a new pair before my 10K.
