First two weeks were great and pretty easy so I added some weight training 2-3times a week. Last week, I finished the first two training runs on a Sat. and Mon. morning, but nature kicked in and I wasn't able to get in the remaining 5miles that week. So I am repeating wk 3. I had a 10K planned for Mar. 30, but I don't know if I'll be finished training if I have more off weeks. I have one definitely planned for the end of April which gives me a little more time to get through the training. I am so looking forward to getting past week three. <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">

You sound like you're doing OK, really. And you have a good plan with a backup 10K in case you don't think you're ready at the end of March. Good job!
