I always cringe when I see your tag line - But it appears it is one of the things that you look forward to each week and is a reward for a hard effort. So... enjoy.

Enjoy your carnivorous delight Richard.

Me I had tuna for lunch and likely no meat for supper. As I need to drop 15# fast (4 weeks)

That's always one funny thought to me - I am a double threat - I can work hard on training and get faster and or just lose some of my bountiful fat and get faster. All the skinny ass runners only have one option. Which means I have more potential for improvement then they do

1.5 miles today. The track at the park I train at is being "fixed" (read something wasn't done right the first time years ago, but it wasn't that big of a problem, so the city left it and only now has decided to fix it, tear up parts of the track and block a much needed bridge more than a half mile in) so I got ticked off, turned around and went home.

I'll go to my other park Saturday and run 9 miles. At least there's no construction going on there.
