Ahhhh THursdays what a beautiful day THursday is!<br><br><br>
I have to file my wifes sales tax report this morning. THan tonight it is a good run with friends followed by Beer and Burgers<img alt="banana.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/banana.gif">. probably do 9 miles and they are always fast miles for me as they run a good minute and a half mile faster than my normal pace.

Ran 7.5 this morning. Ended the month with 121 miles, a PR for me. Shooting for around the same next month maybe a few extra. Enjoy your run tonight Richard and the beer and burger.<br><br>

3.4 miles at lunch; I ran at least 3 miles every day this month.

This month was 222.0...but here's some interesting stats that show any of us can do it:<br>
2005 Jan - 5.8 miles<br>
2006 Jan - 41.8 miles<br>
2007 Jan - 142.3 miles<br>
2008 Jan - 222.0 miles<br><br>
My entire 2005 year was only 449.9 miles, double this January. <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br><br>
