Down between 9:15-9:45 pm. Latest is 10 pm. Do this to be up a sliver after 5 so that I'm out the door by 5:30 am. Winter has me hitting snooze a lot. Summer I usually spring right up.

I usally need 8 hours sleep and often as few as 7.5. I'll still function if I don't get it, but anything less than 8 starts the deficit, where I'll have to make up that amount of sleep at some point.

I get about 7-7;30 hours each night. So I am usually heading to the bed room around 9 - 9:30 to be asleep be 10ish.

If I'm working out in the AM (aka getting up at 4:45), I try to be in bed by 9 PM. I'm really a night owl, so sometimes I end up staying up a bit later and then suffering the rest of the week.

If I'm not working out in the am and just getting up for work at my normal time (6:15) I try to be in bed by 10.

I try and be in bed by 10 pm. With a usual 4 am waking time, I need the full 6 hours (and then some). In truth, that's not enough, but I have to make do and catch up on days when I don't have an early morning workout.

My DW is a night person. So, just about the time I'm nodding off, she's watching the evening news or turning on the reading light. Fortunately, I've learned to sleep with the TV going and the lights on. It's amazing what a pillow over the head can block out.

I seem to need more sleep than the average person, always have. I go to bed usually around 10-ish, though it is not unheard of for me to go as early as 9:00. Weekdays I get up at 7:00, weekends usually around 8:00.

I have always needed to sleep a lot, but for the last 15 years since I have been married, this gets compounded because I am an extremely light sleeper and my dh tends to thrash around a lot in his sleep, plus he snores, so I am woken up multiple times each night. While we are compatible in many ways, sleep-wise, not so much. It has been a continuous problem during the course of our marriage.

After putting the kids to bed and getting all the evening chores done, including logging on and dealing with emails from the west coast I am lucky to be in bed by midnight. That makes the 3am screaming by DD1 and 7am wakeup by DD3 pretty painful. I rarely make a planned morning workout and I am constantly tired.

preferrably....between 8 and 9.
I find that I'm on here more than before ever since I got the laptop.

Three nights a week, though, I don't get home till 9, so Usually, I'm in bed as soon after getting home as possible.

Any time between 8 and midnight. I prefer as early as possible, but I end up trying to stay up and spend time with my night owl DH. I am a morning person, and really don't like being up at night. Not in my element.

I need lots of sleep. 7-9 hours normally.

Right now, I need more sleep than normal and am sleeping 10-14 hours each night. Better than first trimester when it was 15-17 and I was still tired.
