.15 mile walk to round it out to 3.25 miles.<br><br>
I should get about 20-25 miles of running in this weekend, and I'll squeeze in an alternative workout to get the 5 bonus points... Perhaps I'll try one of DW's yoga DVD's. I'd go try Rugby as a team sport, but I've got a marathon coming up, and don't want to be on the injured list.

I got my brick done today. bike 12 run 4 for 34 pts. I will get in my alternate workout tomorrow as I will be building an arc to stay afloat from the rain here tomorrow.<br><br>

Great start teammates. I just finished my workout for today. 12 miles of aerobic paced running, then 20 miles on my bike. I also did 30 minutes worth of stretching and yoga.<br><br>
Tomarrow is a recovery day - probably 6 very easy miles running and 20 miles on the bike.

OK if weren't for Team Banzai Badasses I would have bagged my run today. I didn't get up and run before work and I had to wait until I digested my dinner (International Buffet-yurg) to run which brought me to 9:00 p.m. Can I tell you how much I wanted to just pour a glass of wine and watch What Not To Wear?
