YouTube is just fantastic.<br><br>
I have been listening to Spirit for the last 1/2 hour. I had totally forgotten about them.<br><br>
Why they weren't bigger, I have no idea.<br><br>
King Crimson, I can understand. Awesome stuff, but not exactly mainstream.

Yes it it. To watch "Nature Boy" Buddy Rogers win the NWA World Championship from Pat 0' Conner in Comisky Park back in 1961 a thrill for any rasslin' fan. To watch Bullet Bob Hayes comefrom way back on that 1964 4x1 Olympic anchor leg to stun the world...wow!  Then the music.</p>

<p>I remember the Spirit album from parties in college...I saw Mark Andes play bass with Alejandro Escovedo and he also plays around town with Ian McLagan from Faces...</p>

<p>I also remember King Crimson from college when we basically just sat around in someones converted attic with a hookah and black lights...the cover of one of their albums used to scare me...</p>

I think Robert Fripp is still alive. That album art you posted, In the Court of the Crimson King was fantastic. It popped back into my head when I heard that abomination/sampling by Kanye West of 21st Century Schizoid Man.
