Morning my running friends. We are having a big Gala for our non-profit service provider entity tonight so I will leave a little early and will probably be able to squeeze a quick work out in tonight.

The week end was really nice but kind of a rush. Mostly about football. It was fun going to the game but it dragged on a bit and we didn't get back to the hotel until about 11:30.

Andi it is always nice when the kids are inbetween sport. Out schedule has been pretty light so far this Fall. Out littles is starting wrestling soon so that should be a lot of fun.

Hi Ron! Sounds like you are busy with work and everything else. I hope the gala goes well and that you get a good workout in. I guess I've been lucky so far that my kids aren't all doing a sport at once. This spring will be a different story though when both dds will play lax and my son will play baseball.

I had a really nice 6mi run this morning. Perfect running weather! I ran about 4 yesterday and I've got a good start to getting back on track. I just need a training plan and I'll be all set! I think I got burned out after Boston this year and now I'm excited to train for something new. Have a good night!

Glad to hear you had a good run Paul. Take it easy, though! This weather has been just perfect for running. Tomorrow might seem hot with the temps all the way to 65! haha
