10 days to my 50 and my back is f'ed up.<br><br>
I'm tapering and have short daily runs and a 10 miler on Sunday left. I've seen the Chiro and I'm stretching like a MOFO.<br><br>
Options:<br><br>
Continue with running as scheduled.<br>
Alter running schedule and do what's possible.<br>
Bag all running and rest.<br>
Others.....????<br><br>
