Hi KS!

Excellent 10 in that heat and humidity!

Was hoping for good news from Liam before I leave, but looks like Maisie Moo's going to keep Grandpa waiting a bit more.

I'm pretty much all packed up and just getting the last of the work commitments out of the way this afternoon before I can go home. While I was putting together my bags last night, DH was vacuuming all the winter's crud out my car......Guess he was afraid that what might be living under the seats was going to get him on the drive tomorrow. Given that the biggest decisions I'm going to be making for the next week will be along the lines of "broiled or fried?", and that the first stop will be at duty-free for the requisite Kahlua for the morning coffee, I'm hoping I don't come back 10 lbs heavier!

Be good everyone!

And if you can't be good, be good at it!

See you all in a week!

Happy tripping Heme.

I am heading over to Fort Wayne tomorrow to watch a track meet between high school seniors from Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan. That should be exciting.

I did an hour today on the eliptical and had no energy left by the time I was done. In 6 days, I ran 39 miles and elipticalled another 3 hours so I may be near a day off.

rip, I read about your 14+ yesterday. Well done, nice pacing.

heme - say hi to the gang at the Beachcomber in Wellfleet for me! I'll be down there in July.

No, Beemer is still bruised, but hte insurance adjuster looked at it today adn wrote up an estimate. It's a lot smaller than I expected, but I'll just let the body shop and him work it out.

14 miles today. It was warm. upper 60s/low 70s and humid. I just tried to keep a comfortable pace. Ended up at 8:25 avg. Some nice sub 8's in the finishing miles though. Felt good.

I hope Liam posts a picture soon of Mosey.
