My August stunk. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/sad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Sad"> I spent a lot of it injured, which is not good when I am training for a marathon! Feeling better though, and getting back on track.<br><br>
55.95 miles ran<br>
11 hours on the elliptical<br>
49.75 miles biked<br>
5 hours yoga
