How was your month of August?

Mine was very low stress, low activity. Taking 19 days off to drive up and down the eastern seaboard can really take a toll on your fitness.

49.57 miles in 8 hours and 39 seconds for an average pace of 9:41. No races for the month either. I might not race again until October.

I can't wait until the cool weather of late october gets here.

160.3 miles. Not sure how that goes record wise.

I guess it was 20 less than July, which isn't bad considering I'm running workouts now.
