<p>I was down to 205-06 most of the week, but last nights Pizza must have spiked me a bit... but from here on out weight probably will not be an issue, I will be taking better care of myself.</p>

<p>No change in weight. That's ok. Took 16 seconds off this season's 5k best, and totaled 40 miles for the week with a great 18 mile long run. Last week's run was in 80 degrees and high humidity and I sweated like a pig. This week's run was a cool 60 degrees and windy and I didn't sweat at all. Last week I went through 60 ounces of water/gatorade, this week was half that. Looks to be cool all week so I might be doing some time trials for speed work aiming for a half marathon this coming weekend. My diet sucked, a half gallon of ice cream was gone in 3 days. Will try to do better.</p>

<p>I didn't weigh in on Monday either, though I'm 204 today.  Seem to be stuck in that range.  Must be the beer, ice cream, and chocolate chip cookies. :)</p>
