I think she had a strange dream last night, but somehow wires got crossed and I received it instead.<br><br><i>(Why else would I have a dream about people I barely know - like Coach Sheldon- putting Tithers through this crazy like 14 hour workout? Tithers can have the day off if the ER doc calls me and tells me she can't workout. Other than that, she's on the bike like the rest of us.<br><br>

I did my first ever Masters/Triathlon swim class today! The workout was supposed to be 3000m, but we got off on working on freestyle technique (YEA!!), so it ended at about 2100m. That's still a great workout. I felt great and could have kept going, but I was also tired. I also improved a lot in just one class.<br><br>
I'll be running later during DDs gymnastics class, right before we go to caucus. It has been a SUPER busy day!
