<p><strong>choovie</strong> - half marathon, and nearly doubled her previous month's total (must've been the meetup with RCG & RS)</p>
<p><strong>evanflein</strong> - 5k PR (21:57), 8k PR, and a notable 4 second PR at the Gold Discovery Run</p>
<p><strong>Johnny</strong> - his most miles since 2007! Cascade Lakes Relay, Team "Old And In Your Way"</p>
<p><strong>millbot</strong> - second-best ever 10k; CLR Relay, Team OAIYW</p>
<p><strong>Opie</strong> - CLR, Team OAIYW; hope that PF stays at bay!</p>
<p><strong>rasmussenmp</strong> - completed his 4th marathon of the year, the Frank Maier Marathon in Juneau</p>
<p><strong>ripvanracer</strong> - ran 7 races this month before blowing up his foot at the end of the month {{{rip}}}; included a 23:20 4-mile race and an 18:06 5k, smokin'!</p>
<p><strong>Sans Souci</strong> - CLR, Team OAIYW, along with a seemingly easy high-mileage month, w00t!</p>

<p><strong>Better than yesterday</strong> - just a shade under a 100-mile month, and plans to ramp up for his 15k in November</p>

<p><strong>CassadAAmius</strong> - a conservative return to running post hip injury, supported by tons of miles cycling and swimming; one of his best training months ever</p>

<p><strong>Econo</strong> - CLR team captain extraordinaire! recovering from a stubborn quad injury didn't slow her down from swimming, spinning and hiking</p>
